Earlier today, Brad Lucas sealed his spot in the 2025 FishOMania Grand Final with victory at Lindholme Lakes. After a string of near-misses and consistent frame finishes across this season’s qualifiers, the Matrix-backed talent made no mistake this time, delivering a late surge that saw him win the match by over 20lb.
Drawn on peg 20 on Benny’s, a swim he’d previously overlooked, Brad overcame a slow start with just two fish caught in the first hour. A flat-calm surface made for tricky early conditions, but as the wind returned, so did the fish, and Brad made it count. Switching to a long pole shallow approach targeting carp and big F1s, he added an estimated 150lb in the final two hours alone to reach a winning total of 229lb 5oz.

Runner-up Rob Stevenson also broke the 200lb barrier, landing 207lb 4oz from peg 51 on the same lake, while Chris Reilly finished third with 206lb 2oz from peg 6. He was followed closely by Jordan Holloway from peg 5 on Benny’s with 205lb 15oz.
