The FishOMania 2025 Grand Final takes place at Westwood Lakes on Saturday, 19th July 2025. Twenty-five top anglers, including two international qualifiers, will compete for the FishOMania title and a £50,000 first prize.
The road to the final began on Saturday, 29th March at Tunnel Barn Farm. It finished at the same venue on Wednesday, 9th July. Across the qualifiers, more than a thousand hopefuls lined the banks in search of a golden ticket. Reigning champion Dave Shires will be back to defend his title. However, the competition is fierce. Triple winner Jamie Hughes, double champion Andy Bennett, and 2023 victor Kristian Jones are all in the line-up. They are joined by star names including Andy Power, Callum Dicks, and Dale Shepherd.
Joining the big names are several younger anglers who won’t be overawed by the occasion. Brad Lucas, Charlie Law and Rob Swan all secured their places through the qualifiers and will be aiming to make a real impact in the final. They’re joined by Youth National Champion Harry Michael and Women’s National winner Sarah Challinor, who booked her spot from Partridge Lakes.
Also in the field are two international qualifiers. Dylan Mertens and Joost Vos made it through the European events in Germany and the Netherlands and will be looking to test themselves against the UK’s best.
With experience, youth, and international class all on show, the 2025 FishOMania Grand Final promises to be something special.
