Bait manufacturer Teddy Fisher has today announced the release of their new range of booster smoke liquids. The “Gunge” range is available in nine flavours from the company’s website for £6.99 per 100ml bottle.

The new product has been formulated using a blend of high-quality attractants. Once applied to your bait of choice, the thickness of the liquid ensures it sticks to your bait, no matter the conditions. Once it hits the water, the “Gunge” unleashes a captivating smoke cloud that will slowly descend through the water column that draws in fish.

The Gunge range has been launched with nine flavours: Strawberry, Tiger Nuts, Squid, Scopex, Pineapple, N-Butyric, Monster Crab, Krill, and Blueberry.

Introducing the Gunge Booster Smoke range – a game-changer for anglers seeking to enhance their fishing experience. Crafted with precision and powered by innovative technology, our liquid attractant is infused with tantalising flavours, setting it apart from traditional options.

Additionally, this Gunge Smoke emits an appealing smell, creating a vibrant cloud in the water. Teddy Fisher created this liquid from an innovative combination of attractors, perfect for all fishing conditions.

Moreover, the Gunge Smoke boasts a thicker viscosity, making it ideal for bait application, providing secure attachment during casting across various fishing setups.

Furthermore, Gunge varies in thickness, with the thickest types dispersing properly in water to create an attractive cloud. They can also enhance attraction and generate a descending cloud in the water column when mixed into spod mixes and groundbait.

What truly makes Gunge Booster Smoke exceptional is its unique ability to unleash a captivating smoke cloud in the water, drawing in fish from even the most elusive hiding spots. The aromatic blueberry scent permeates the depths, triggering the instinctual curiosity of target species and enticing them to strike with unparalleled ferocity.

We’ve been lucky enough to test three flavours of the Gunge before its release, and have found the results quite surprising. The varieties we have been using are N-Butyric, Squid, and Blueberry.

What became immediately apparent is that once the liquid hits the water, it explodes creating a coloured cloud that is easily visible to the naked eye. The three flavours also reacted slightly differently in the water. The N-Butyric held together for longer and sank faster. Squid immediately spread out over a wider area as it hit the water, before slowly sinking. Blueberry has a similar reaction to the Squid but seems to spread over an even larger area.
