In February, former FishOMania champion Harry Bignell, announced his plans for a new knockout-style fishing tournament. Those plans have now been put into motion, as tickets of the inaugural Commercial King tournament are now available. The tournament is set to be sponsored by Dynamite Baits and Harry’s new company Elasto. Popular angling media company Catch More Media is set to provide coverage of each round.

The tournament’s format is straightforward yet demanding. Starting with 64 anglers, each round eliminates half the participants, requiring consistent performance to advance. To progress, anglers must finish in the top half of their lake. The competition culminates in the Grand Final at Hayfield Lakes in Doncaster on 15th August.
