The Angling Trust has teamed up with The Tenchfishers to offer bidders the chance to join a 48-hour tench fishing masterclass. Taking place on Tuesday, 21st May at Dorchester Lake in Oxfordshire. The event is an “exciting collaboration” between Abingdon & Oxford Anglers Alliance, The Tenchfishers, and the Angling Trust.
To be in with a chance of taking part in the 48-hour tench masterclass, you will simply need to enter a closed bid via auction. The eight highest bidders will secure their spot in the masterclass, which will take place between Tuesday, 21st May and Thursday, 23rd May. The winners will be joined by experienced members of Abingdon & Oxford Anglers Alliance and The Tenchfishers.
Funds raised by the auction will go to the Tench Fishing: The Future campaign. The project is a partnership between the Angling Trust and The Tenchfishers that aims to ensure “that there are thriving tench fisheries available to anglers all over the country.”
