The Angling Trust has revealed details of the SilverFish 2024/25 competition. As the name suggests, the winter competition is all about catching silvers during the colder months. There will be 17 qualifiers, starting with Boddington Reservoir later this month and ending in February 2025 at Meadowlands Fishery.
The final takes place on Saturday, 8th March at Meadowlands, with a potential prize pot of £7,000 up for grabs. Tickets for the qualifiers are available for £30 for Angling Trust members and £45 for non-Angling Trust members. You can purchase tickets for each qualifier via the Angling Direct website.

Each qualifier will be five hours long, with the winner of each 15-peg section securing a place in the final. The final takes place on Saturday, 8th March at Meadowlands Fishery, with a final practice match available on Friday, 7th March. The SilverFish 2024/25 General Match rules are here.
